An NDA-protected company required the rapid build-out of a highly specialized team, including quantitative research, software development and DevOps expertise. The roles required strong technical capability and relevant domain experience, while internal hiring capacity was limited and the talent pool was highly competitive.
A structured search was conducted across multiple international markets. A targeted sourcing strategy was applied to identify candidates with the required technical and domain expertise. A total of 3,000 candidates were screened, with 140 introduced to the client.
